The color will fade slightly over time, and this will happen faster if the product is placed in direct sunlight. Also preferably avoid contact with water, as the color can rub off. Use it for your knick-knacks, fruit or the morning bread - only your imagination sets the limits!
All RICE's raffia products are handmade and in a fantastic natural material... Raffia fibers come from palm leaves and the raffia comes from Madagascar - where the whole story of RICE started. The raffia products are made with the heart in the right place - they are produced in two villages in the mountains of Madagascar, where the production contributes to better and more resources for the townspeople... the production supports more than 300 families on the Red Island.
